Welcome to WingsCarePro. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
WingsCarePro offers laptop sales, repair, and maintenance services. Any additional services provided will be specified in individual agreements.
New laptops sold by WingsCarePro come with a manufacturer’s warranty (duration depends on the manufacturer).
Repairs and services provided by WingsCarePro are covered by a limited warranty for parts and labor for a period of [3090 days], starting from the date of service completion. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Full payment is required at the time of service or product delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For international payments, customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or transaction charges.
Laptops can be returned within 14 days of purchase in the original condition for a refund or exchange. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Services provided (such as repairs) are nonrefundable once performed. In cases of defective parts, replacement parts will be offered under the warranty period.
WingsCarePro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of its services or products, including, but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business interruptions.
Customers are responsible for backing up all data prior to any repairs or services. WingsCarePro is not responsible for data loss during the repair process.
All personal information collected by WingsCarePro is kept confidential and used solely for business purposes, such as providing services, processing payments, and improving customer experience. We will not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
